Mr. Rock VanFossen is the Assistant Administrator in charge of construction. Mr. VanFossen would like to present the community with a progress report of the district's construction progress. The elementary changes are most visible on the interior since full construction continued throughout the winter. From time to time the roofing contractor uses a small remote aircraft with an attached camera to take aerial photographs of the building site.
